Ayushmaan Dental Clinic Recommends:-

  • Brush twice a day ( Preferably after breakfast and at night post dinner).
  • Duration for tooth brushing should be between 2-4 minutes.
  • Use a soft bristled toothbrush.
  • Change your tooth brush every 2-3months or if the bristles start flaring up.
  • Use a Fluoridated Toothpaste (avoid using tooth gels).
  • Use Dental Floss for cleaning the spaces in between the teeth (avoid the use of tooth pick).
  • Use inter-dental brush if the spaces are big/large in between the teeth.
  • Use over the counter mouthwash at least once a day (ex Colgate plax).
  • Massage your gums.
  • Always rinse your mouth after having meals.
  • Clean your tongue using the tooth brush.
  • Visit your dentist every six months for check-up.
